Payment
All payment is invoiced in, and must be made in, Australian dollars only.

Credit Card
You are able to use your credit card to make an online payment.  Simply select the credit card option for the payment method when you go through the check out on the website and follow the directions. 

PayPal
You are able to use PayPal to pay your invoice, please also select the credit card payment option in the check out, which will take you to the PayPal website.  Once there, you will need to log on and use your PayPal account.  Please leave your order number as a reference so that we are able to track your payment.

Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer
You are able to transfer funds directly from your bank account to ours using your own internet banking.  For more information about internet banking, please contact your banking institution.  The bank details are as follows:

Please leave the first six (6) digits of your order number as a reference so that we are able to track your payment.  You are able to find your order number (or order code) on the confirmation email you will receive immediately after completing your online order.  Please ensure that when you make a transfer that you check the bank details carefully.

Cheque or Postal Order
Please make your cheque or postal order payable to "RCA Resources" and post to CRCA Resources, 2 Sydney Ave, Mt Evelyn Victoria 3796.  Please also write the first six (6) digits of your order number as a reference on the back of your cheque or money order.  You are able to find your order number (or order code) on the confirmation email you will receive immediately after completing your online order. 

Cash
If you pick your order up directly from our office, you are more than welcome to pay cash.  Please bring the correct amount, as we do not keep change in our office.  If you are planning to pick your order up from the office, please ring ahead on 03 9736 2412 to ensure your order is ready.

Refunds
Any amount owing to you for any reason can either be credited to your account, or sent to you as a cheque.

Accounts
CRCA Resources will send material out with an invoice to be paid on account, however with new customers we may ask to receive payment first until we have established a retail relationship with the customer.  CRCA Resources reserves the right to refuse an account request, or suspend accounts which are overdue.
