Delivery Time
Delivery for orders within Australia will normally be received 2-10 business days from the original order date, unless notified.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are determined by basket weight and calculated by Australia Post - parcel post.  The origin post code for this calculation is 3796 (Mt Evelyn).  This cost is then simply passed directly onto the customer.

Packaging
While every care is taken to package your material, any damage occurring during transit is not the responsibility of CRCA Resources.  As often as possible, we will use recycled material to package your order - while it doesn't look as nice, it helps keep costs down, and is environmentally friendly!

Express Post
Express postage is available by special request.  Please email your order and express post request to resources@crca.org.au.  Express postage orders will be processed offline and the online order discount of 10% will not apply.

Back Orders
Back orders usually come a lot sooner, but can take up to 6 weeks.

International Information (New Zealand)
All material and shipping charges are GST (tax) free for international orders.  While dispatch time-frames are the same as orders for within Australia, postage time to New Zealand must be taken into consideration and added appropriately.  All shipping to New Zealand is charged at an airmail rate.
